Hii!!! Here you have a good recipe to do a Pavlova mango, raspberry sauce and passion fruit. I believe you will enjoy this cake. :) 


Main ingredients.
325 g sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
6 egg whites
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
500 ml whipping cream
caster sugar
500 g raspberries
Mangos 2-3 sliced
For the sauce of passion fruit:
4-5 Maracay or Passion Fruit
Sugar

Recipe preparation:

Preheat oven to 140 ° C. We prepare three circles of paper. We put them on two baking sheets.
To start, assemble the white egg. When it starts to foam gradually we incorporate half the sugar while continuing beating.
Incorporate the remaining sugar, cornstarch, and then the vinegar and vanilla.
We divide the meringue between the three roles oven.
Bake the meringues for 90 minutes at 140C. We turn off the oven and have between 20 and 25 minutes. Finally, we take them out and let them cool.
We will prepare the sauce passion fruit. To do this, we empty the fruit and put it in a saucepan with half its weight in sugar.
While we heat over medium heat. When the syrup begins to boil and becomes translucent, remove from heat.
Finally, we assemble the cream, adding the icing sugar to taste.
To assemble the cake, place first a layer of meringue. We put a little cream, mango slices and fruit sauce, combined with many red fruits sauce and a little icing sugar to decorate.
We reserve in the refrigerator until serving time.
